Finishes/Fixtures
Upon completion of shell / core, exterior and roof works, applications such as screed, wall plaster, wall/ceiling paint, suspended ceiling, plasterboard work, wall and floor coverings, vitrified and ceramic materials, fixed wood and furniture integrations are performed at this stage. Steel door and interior door installations as well as exterior works are performed to prepare for the landscaping step.
